Training Starts in Ernest

Having spent many weeks training for fun, The fun stops now, today johnny and Jonah did 26 miles up around Tonmawr and Glyncorrwg Ponds. As the riders do their training I will be updating this blog on a daily basis to enable any punters to decide on the favorites amongst the runners and riders.
